Communication Of Data

Connext Digital maintains an email marketing newsletter list to communicate with our clients and prospects. Individuals must ask to join our mailing list by opting–in on the Connext Digital website. We do not rent, loan, trade or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. All emails sent to this list include an opportunity to unsubscribe or opt–out of receiving future Insight newsletters.

Connext Digital, LLC will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

How to Opt-Out

There are multiple ways that you can opt-out from having information marketed to you.

You may contact us directly at [email protected] to have your email removed from our database. Please provide any email addresses you would like “opted out” of our marketing database. You may also visit our opt-out page on our website and submit your email through there.

Once we receive your request, we will then remove your personal information from the marketing database. We may in some cases have you verify the information you have submitted.

Please also note that if we market to you by email, when you are a customer or prospective customer of ours as it relates to our services – you may also “unsubscribe” from our emails through the link placed at the bottom.

Connext Digital treats all client customer data as confidential. Connext Digital is contractually bound to keep our clients’ customer data private and this data is never shared across clients or with any third party that is not authorized by a client to receive it’s customer data. Connext Digital only uses its clients’ customer data for the specific purpose of providing services to its clients as authorized by our clients. It is our client’s responsibility (as a user of our products and services) to provide proper notice to its customers/consumers with regard to any required notices as to its data collection and data use practices, including any email or internet tracking devices or our systems.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 18.
